Further proof to support President Barack Obama’s assertion that America is no longer a Judeo-Christian nation will be unveiled on New York’s Eve.
When the ball drops at midnight on Times Square, a massive message will appear on the 26-foot by 20-foot JumbroTron not to issue New Year greetings but to maintain that Islam is a religion of peace and goodwill, despite a rash of recent attacks by radical Muslims on American soil.

I wonder who owns/leases the jumbotron to allow for this message to be transmitted, and in all places, mid-town Manhattan, 5 miles or so from the former Twin Towers. Lovely. Obviously New Yorkers have a short memory (assuming a local, non-muslim owns the electronic billboard). If they have any gonads, the moment the “message” of peace, love and tolerance is shown, they should all begin booing and providing the appropriate one finger salute, then show the soles of their shoes (a tremendous sign of disrespect to muslims) before pitching them at the jumbotron.
It’s irrelevant whether Islam is a religion of peace or not. We can say that not every German or European was a Nazi, but that didn’t stop the slaughter of millions. If the sign were meant to be relevant, wouldn’t it be flashing in Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Yemen etc etc? Where are the million muslim protests against muslim terrorists?

In America, people can worship how they choose. It’s when muslims want to kill those who aren’t muslim and who disagree with them, that makes people edgy. And rightly so.

I am so bloody sick of all the “Islam is the religion of peace” bull crap. Let me line it out for those who are to dumb to “get it”:
Christianity’s Holy Book - the Bible - begins with God commanding his people to clear the land that He had promised to THEM - taking no mercy on the ungodly inhabitants. Then, His great plan then provides a peaceful example to the world, with the spread of His true message of LOVE, though example. The whole New Testament is a giant love story of the Creator God and the creation, particularly mankind, that He so loved that He sacrificed His Son to make a way of redemption and restoration of relationship.
Islam begins with violence against non-believers, touches a bit on a little niceties, then returns heavily into the destruction of non-believers, and calls throughout for conversion, death, or serious penalties (tax) and death for unbelievers.
And I do not take what internet pages, emails, and rumor tries to tell me about Islam - I have a copy and check all that I hear. The book does, in fact, command death to unbelievers. ALL -
Christianity teaches love: love for all mankind, and hate of the sin, but not the person. And commands followers to be an example of love.
So what is the REAL religion of peace? It most certainly is not Islam, nor the adulterated copy of Christianity foisted on the world for many centuries by a power-hungry religious organizations who bent the Lord’s Word.
