The more President Obama pushes his hugely unpopular and obscenely expensive version of health care reform, the lower his approval rating goes. Over the past few days he continued his charmless offensive - traveling to Ohio to deliver the same old stump speech in front of another friendly crowd and granting a brief interview to Fox News at which he seemed uncomfortable and ill prepared to face real questions on the bill. So what was the result of his latest efforts?

Maybe he was being honest when he says he “doesn’t know how this plays politically, but it’s the right thing to do”.
Maybe he really doesn’t care about the politics because socialized medicine is part of his socialist ideology. Maybe he and other Democrats don’t care if they lose the mid-term elections because their dream of a utopia of socialized medicine will have come to America.

Dear President Obama:
Another letter to put in the file .this one about your total distortion of the facts in your speech in Ohio.
You just dont get it, do you? Perhaps if you had ever worked in the private sector, or held a job as a teenager at McDonalds, or paid attention in civics class, or taken a course or two in economics, or been borne a true Americanyou might then understand how misinformed and misguided you are about the free enterprise system. But I may misspeak: you may have that knowledge, but still choose to perpetrate falsehoods on your American public today! Should this be the case, you are a much bigger threat to the national security than any terrorist could be!
In Ohio, you again suggested to the public that the insurance industrys billions in profits could be used to support health care costs for individuals like the case you presented. One poor soul against the billions in profitsnice juxtaposition, Mr. President, but very dishonest and disingenuous! You are both a liar and a cad! You did not provide any perspective about those billionsyou just hung that word out there to blame those big bad insurance guys for their huge profits! Of course, you didnt comment on the fact that as an industry, their profit marginsam I getting into turf you dont understand here?are just short of 3 percent of their total income. The railroad industry in this country enjoys profit margins of about 12%—you arent attacking them for high freight prices, are you? No, that wouldnt sell on the evening news, would it? And David and Rahm wouldnt want you to go there, would they?
One last point about your scripting: could I have gotten into this meeting? Or your last trip? How would I go about getting a ticket to your next event? I would like to attend to ask you a question or two .ooopps, that probably makes me an enemy, right? But then, you and/or your staff already know I am not one of your fans!
Respectfully submitted,
He’s been at -20/-21 the past three days on Rasmussen. He should be at minus double that. No, he should never have been allowed to run.
“Maybe he and other Democrats dont care if they lose the mid-term elections because their dream of a utopia of socialized medicine will have come to America.”
I think you’re exactly right about Zero and at least some of the Dems, and failure to realize that fact (and act accordingly) is a liability for our side.
The “One” doesn’t care about Poll Numbers. He doesn’t care about his Reelection. He was placed in office to ruin America. And he’s well on the way to doing just that.
Better (or should that be worse?) men than him have tried and failed. Let’s hope America still has some surprises in store for these would-be tyrants.
