Exactly. People tend to default to a benefit of doubt assessment of Obama as incompetent and over his head by filtering his actions through their own lens of morality and ethics. This is the same dangerous thought process that many people have concerning Islam. Both Obama and Islam provide plenty of signals as to their intent. We ignore them at our peril.
