The laughing Chicom is laughing over the confusion of Obama’s protocol advisors thinking that Chinese customs are the same as Japanese customs.
Chinese political leaders don’t bow. People applaud their leaders, and the leaders offer short return applause to the people.
The Chinese leadership is not stupid, and they know Obama is a joke.

I don’t see Obama bowing to Bibi Netanyahu, to Gordon Brown, or to any other leader of a country friendly to the United States or to the American way of life. Does he only bow to Islamic dictators and communist tyrants? The simple (and correct) explanation for his selective bowing is that Obama is evil, but I would still love to understand this phenomenon in more detail.
Heck, Obama would bow to the Burger King.
He knows that there is justification for his inferiority complex.
I love how upright the Chicom dude is standing. His spine is in ramrod position, his shoulders squared. And he’s laughing his head off at the doofus who is President of the United States.

Also, doesn’t all this make Obambi’s handshake look like a wet noodle? Eeeww. It just looks like he’s giving out those not-even-flopping-dead-fish handshakes.
