In an interview with Nicholas Kristof, published in The New York Times, Obama recited the Muslim call to prayer, the Adhan, "with a first-class [Arabic] accent." The opening lines of the Adhan (Azaan) is the Shahada:
Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!
Allah is Supreme! Allah is Supreme!
I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that there is no god but Allah
I witness that Muhammad is his prophet?
According to Islamic scholars, reciting the Shahada, the Muslim declaration of faith, makes one a Muslim. This simple yet profound statement expresses a Muslim's complete acceptance of, and total commitment to, the message of Islam. Obama chanted it with pride and finesse.
Obama to the Islamic world is Muslim. I travel to the Middle East often and hear the same thing over and over - "Did you know Barack Obama is Muslim?"
There is virtually NOTHING to indicate Obama is not a muslim, but like Pharoah, probably now just worships himself, and pays lipservice to anything that will keep the people from getting really upset over that issue.
NOTHING indicates that he is a Christian. I’m sorry, but his behavior favors muslims, because he is/was one, whether or not he identifies himself, as one now, he most certainly has all of his worldview effected by islam, as he had to jump through those hoops to keep that money flowing and to keep from being adversely disciplined by those that empowered him. IMHO.
Would the Saudis let him into Mecca if he wanted to go?
