A real birth certificate from most any state looks the same as any other state.
A REAL Hawaiian birth certificate from the early 60s can be seen here:

I understand, but not verified, that the Hawaiian “Certification” can be obtained even if not born in Hawaii, and it requires no proof of anything.
I guess it is what one would get if born on the street, or maybe a home birth.
If Obambie WAS REALLY born in Hawaii, and in a hospital, he would have a certificate as I linked to.
I’d like to see any other BC from Hawaii that lists race as “African”.
