Why were Walter Fitzpatrick and Leo Haffey jailed, in two separate situations, in Tennessee? Why was Darren Huff just pulled-over and detained by the Tennessee state and county police?

Why was Leo Haffey, in another Tennessee county, recently jailed for sixty days? Was he incarcerated without charges? Falsely labeled a mental patient? Who did this? How was he freed?
What do they have in common, besides their state of residence? Yes, both have been attempting processes of law, in their individual pursuits of what the believe to be constitutional justice, regarding the man who would be called President Obama.
Tim Harrington, a close associate and eyewitness, will tell Walter Fitzpatrick's story. Leo Haffey will relate his own.
And if these stories were not odd enough, on just this past Tuesday, April 20, while Haffey happened to be a guest caller on the G. Gordon Liddy Program (special guests were eligibility objector, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin and his attorney - report and audio archive, here) a number of people were driving to a meeting with Walter Fitzpatrick. One of them was Darren Huff, who will introduce himself to you, tonight.
Why was Darren Huff pulled-over by the state and county police, on his way to this meeting?
Why did they want to search his car? Was it because of his "Oath Keepers" sign? Is this a part of an Obama/Napolitano DHS surveillance plan for the constitutional justice movement?
Why did they decide not to search the car - while detaining him for an hour and a half on the highway?

Maybe we will learn about the original purpose and authentic design of grand juries, militias.
I do think we will learn a very salient lesson on how to treat police when they are sent to do things they needn't or oughtn't do.
I think we can learn a lot from the Constitution, the founders, and the resources they in turn, studied.

I think you are both on the right side, just with a difference on one particular viewpoint about one little report in the greater scheme of things.
