Is it just my thinking or shouldn't a restraining order be sought against McGinnis? It's clearly stalking...I know that this is a bit off topic from the article, but I don't understand why legal action cannot be taken against this guy; he's openly admitted why he is there and if that's against the Palin's wishes and without their permission, it is clearly stalking.
