Why would they spend so much time wondering and trying to get the owner’s name? If I was that curious, I would have waited there and gotten pics of the owner of the car. How hard would that have been? Still no info on the plates so by now I would bet the plates and number have been changed and the car won’t park there again. Dummies. Get the info before you blab it all over the internet.
