Let's try this on for size: Obama is attacked because he's a fascist a$$hole. Hitler had good family values, too.

From Colbert King of the Washington Post: “Family, marriage and the contribution of fathers come together as topics for reflection on Fathers Day. So I’d like to know why Barack Obama, a husband and a father in a family structure that encompasses bonds deemed essential to our society, is constantly and savagely attacked by conservative leaders whose personal circumstances undermine the family values they espouse?”
1. His support of late-term abortion.
2. Being part of a church that preached racial division and a contempt for America. The Reverend Jeremiah Wright: “The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes three-strike laws and wants them to sing God Bless America. No! No No! God damn America … for killing innocent people. God damn America for threatening citizens as less than humans. God damn America as long as she tries to act like she is God and supreme.”
3. His personal use of marijuana and cocaine while a student at Columbia.
Oddly enough, Colbert King also wrote: “But what would a Father’s Day discussion of the nuclear family and a moral society be without bringing into the picture Mrs. Family Values herself, Sarah Palin? …Her sister-in-law, Diana Palin, half sister of the former governor’s husband, got a 15-month sentence this year. Burglarizing the same Alaska house three times for money to satisfy a drug habit is the kind of thing that can get you arrested. Thuggery? How about Sherry Johnston, the mother of Levi Johnston, the high school dropout who fathered Palin’s grandson? She was arrested and charged with selling drugs; after pleading guilty to one count with intent to deliver the drug OxyContin she was sentenced to three years.”
Huh?
How does her sister-in-law’s behavior or the behavior of the mother of the boyfriend of Mrs. Palin’s daughter reflect on Sarah Palin’s values.
Which leads inevitably to this: “And the whereabouts of 19-year-old Levi on this Father’s Day weekend? His bonds with the Palins were so tight, he said on TV, that Sarah and her husband, Todd, allowed Levi to live in their house with Bristol while they dated. Conservative family values?”
Many girls get knocked up at 18.
Obama’s mother was one.
She married the father (although the father already was married in Kenya) and 7 months later Barack Jr. came along in Hawaii.
President Obama is no more responsible for the situation than Governor Palin is.
If premarital sex by a family member bounces you out of family values then there are not many people left.
But I do agree with Colbert King. Obama is a better father than Mrs. Palin is.

Sarah is a mother - not a father. Todd Palin is a father. But in this topsy turvy world of the leftists - they have no clue!!!

Sarah is a woman,therefore she is not competing for “best father”.
Second:
Obama’s parenting is not why people have a quarrel with him.
Two words: Lame Cherry.
