Armed thugs representing Obama can now preside over polling booths, this has now been determined as a precedent by the Obama Justice Department and apparently will be the law of the land. The Obama Justice Department sees no problem with jack booted thugs wielding night sticks if they support the Obama White House.
J. Christian Adams, a former Justice Department attorney who resigned from the justice Dept. this month over the incident, reports:
The New Black Panther case was the simplest and most obvious violation of federal law I saw in my Justice Department career. Because of the corrupt nature of the dismissal, statements falsely characterizing the case and, most of all, indefensible orders for the career attorneys not to comply with lawful subpoenas investigating the dismissal, this month I resigned my position as a Department of Justice (DOJ) attorney.Based on my firsthand experiences, I believe the dismissal of the Black Panther case was motivated by a lawless hostility toward equal enforcement of the law. Others still within the department share my assessment. The department abetted wrongdoers and abandoned law-abiding citizens victimized by the New Black Panthers. The dismissal raises serious questions about the department's enforcement neutrality in upcoming midterm elections and the subsequent 2012 presidential election.
The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights has opened an investigation into the dismissal and the DOJ's skewed enforcement priorities. Attorneys who brought the case are under subpoena to testify, but the department ordered us to ignore the subpoena, lawlessly placing us in an unacceptable legal limbo.
The Obama Administration is overly fond of ignoring the law when it interferes with Obama's Agenda, thus the nation is losing its Rule of Law and becoming the Obamanation with the Obama Rule of Law.

Amazing how we all play by the rules and we sit and watch this despicable human and his bottom dwellers destroy our country. One can only hope we prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
I think these para-military wanna-be thugs might have second thoughts when a couple of pickups full o’ good ol’ boys roll up to clean off the porch. We will be wacthing next time.
I suggest asking every Republican candidate, esp. those still engaged in primary battles, to make a written statement of their position on this issue. If the Republicans ever again get a majority and do not pursue investigations and prosecution of the many crimes of the 0bama administration, their party deserves to die.

I can guarandamtee you that if a white man were walking his Chihuahua anywhere near the polls he would be arrested,for intimidating black voters with his dog.
This is a WARNING to voters across the nation that the 2010 and 2012 elections are going to be dicey at best because the community organizers, the usual union enforcers and government protected thugs are undoubtedly planning ahead. We need to be set steps in place NOW to protect election results from being put in car trunks, erroneously counted or not counted at all at our local election levels. Disinterest in the entire local voting process gives far too much leeway to those with dubious intentions.

These morons are welcome to come to my Texas voting location, I could use the entertainment value. I don’t think they could intimidate a fly, and frankly, I’d just stand there laughing out loud at them.
Of course, if they did try to attack me, well, they’d better hope I don’t make it back to my car where I keep my Benelli full of 00, because I only take empty casings home with me after a day at the range.
Then I suggest we all pack heat openly when we go to vote.

I would suggest a sensible way to address this issue, and while being armed. To start with, there are several variables.
1) To start with, it matters where a vote is to be cast. If voting is held in a public school, there is a federal exclusion zone (of questionable constitutionality), around the school. In such a circumstance, it would be best for the time being to have a “gun holder”, who remains outside of the exclusion zone, to hold your gun while you vote; then you return the favor.
2) Know your local police. There are many LEOs with zero tolerance for voter intimidation, and will be all over such people like flies on excrement. This still holds true if the villains are not armed, but just menacing. A quick phone call, and you could get a free show.
3) Remember that just glaring and “negative waves” are not a crime, so unless they are armed or physically touch you, or say something with intent to intimidate, they have not broken the law. The same rule applies for message t-shirts, as long as they do not have a political message. So they can wear their black panther, SEIU or Che Guevara, and you can wear your Stars and Bars, I’d Rather Be Waterboarding, or Mohammed bomb-head t-shirt.
4) Remember that this is America, and even if you don’t beat seven bells out of some armed voter intimidation creep, there’s a lot of folks willing to do so.
If this activity is ok then standing outside a polling place armed and asking who is a democrat should work very well don’t you think? When they come to arrest me I can site this case as the basis for what I’m doing?
