My suggestion is to buy only what you need, stock up on essentials, and completely cut out things like movies, cable television, anything that produces revenue to the kleptocrats.

I totally agree...simplify and shrug...
I also believe it is very important to do as much of our own healthcare as possible. I’ve been slowly weaning from the medical and dental industries for years, and it has been extremely liberating to learn how to take care of my families health with nutrition and herbal healing.
We are pretty much at the point where we only go to the doctor for emergencies like broken bones, etc...
I believe health care in America is going to get extremely dangerous as it gets socialized.
