The guys name is given. Why is he not arrested for impersonating federal officials?
Because he is an aspiring member of the ruling class. He therefore has friends in high places. Laws are what the ruling class say they are, and the words in the laws mean whatever the ruling class say they mean.
Not to mention several other laws that were broken.
