Obama’s birth facts have never been legally determined unless it was by some BC other than the Hawaii one. That is a fact.
If Bilbray and his staff have seen Obama’s genuine BC and can’t figure out what the problem is with the BC only being completed in 2006 when Obama was 45, they are beyond hope.

when I first heard Rep. Brian Bilbray’s name he wasn’t ID’d as a ‘pubbie’; I was aghast to learn he ain’t no ‘dim’, but an apparent RINO....
