butterdezillion, pls spell this out for me.
1) how do we know Obama birth record amended in 2006?
2) how do we know a note of the amendment should appear on Factcheck COLB?
Or pls point me in the right direction on your blog or elsewhere.
I probably have a lot of the same questions that someone new to the eligibility issue might have.
Somebody requested to see the records of Obama’s amendment and the HDOH denied access to those records, which is an admission that they exist.
We know that the note of the amendment should be on the Factcheck COLB because the HDOH Administrative Rules say that any certificate the HDOH prints out (which includes the standard long-form OR the abbreviated COLB) must have note of amendments. The HDOH confirmed in an e-mail to me that the COLB is the “abbreviated birth certificate” referred to in the Administrative Rules.
