This reason for ‘quitting’ doesn’t hold water with me. Rush has been constantly attacked by LIBs for 20 years and he’s still the most listened to guy on radio and going strong. My mother used to listen to Dr. Laura, but she told me that lately Laura’s behavior and ‘values’ (not sure what she means) have been very ‘off’ and she doesn’t listen to her any more. Any other thoughts?
I can't criticize her for it. I don't know if I could take it either.
Over the years Dr. Laura has worked hard to get others kicked off the air. I don’t believe Howard Stern, one of her intended victims, ever called for her to be taken off the air.
