Yep, they are the 900 pound gorilla in the phone market! That number means 1 out of every 5 people in the entire world uses a Nokia phone. A 20% market penetration!

In another way of looking at things, if ALL 50 million iPhones sold to date were still being used, that means for ever iPhone user there are 24 Nokia users.

I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect them to achieve the growth rates of the other players in the market, given their total worldwide dominance... They are so big they cannot grow but by trickles here and there.
