What are the levels of the offense? They put everybody on the registry these days. Are these misdemeanor public urination and mooning offenses?

Since you participated in this report, it’s a minor point, but a writers tick with me. The use of (I)DHS as a acronym. While you did explain what it is at least once. Too many reporters drop acronyms all over the place (particularly in FRs) without translating whatever acronyms their using stand for at least once. That you have done. To continue droping the the I from IDHS turns it into another agency, Deparment of Homeland Security, which I’m sure is not your intention. That should be IDHS not DHS.
I’m only citing this because this is a major piece of reporting and some good work.
