Whitman hired the housekeeper through an accredited employment service which specifically verified her legal immigration status.
That is all that needs to be known about the case.

Follow the money. This ILLEGAL criminal, not undocumented has been paid either in some cash or other-kind form to create this non-crisis.

how on earth did Gloria Allred ever become known as a hotshot attorney? Hotshod? Prada?

This is such an obviously contrived attack on Meg Whitman, so transparent, it gives me a little more confidence in her that the left are so afraid of her. Jerry Brown must be desperate to pull a stunt like this.
I imagine it won't take 5 minutes for Breitbart to find out who is funding this.
Also I find it amusing that after decades of pounding Californians with the rights of illegals they expect us to be offended that Meg Whitman paid her illegal housekeeper $25/hr for 9 years. I pay my housekeeper $8/hr. I'd be a housekeeper for $25/hr!
It's racist to ask for papers for everyone but Meg Whitman? Idiots.

Whitman worked for Jerry Brwon, nuff said. What happeneds to this housekeeper after November 2nd, The fact that her illegal status was brought to light may never have happened if she wasn’t offered alternative if she did. where is the outcry from latinos? This is abuse for political gain.

"This letter does not imply that you or your employee intentionally provided incorrect information about the employees name or SSN. It is not a basis, in and of itself, for you to take any adverse action against the employee, such as laying off, suspending, firing, or discriminating against the individual. Any employer that uses the information in this letter to justify taking adverse action against an employee may violate state or federal law and be subject to legal consequences. Moreover, this letter makes no statement about your employees immigration status." That paragraph is sickening. It's the feds basically telling an employer that "we know your employee is illegal but don't you dare do anything about it."

Vaughn is exactly right. Allred comes across as a complete idiot. She has come across in these interview shows as a “deer-in-the-headlights” neophyte. It struck me watching her: “Why does she keep coming back for more”?
