What do black Americans want? There has been 40 years of hiring preferences towards black Americans. Skin color has been the major hiring preference of the government for over 30 years.
When does it stop?
I have been turned down by government agencies because I am white. I don't care,, I'll get by.
My Point is, when does it stop?

I was turned by by the Small Business Administration for a loan. They don’t loan to ‘whites’.

Why not find a lawyer who is willing to work on contingency and sue them for racial discrimination in violation of the Civil Rights Acts?

Let’s say we win the elections and the House and Senate are majority conservative...Wonderful.

The only way I know to stop the patronage, the socialism, the selective enforcement of the law, the usurpation of our Constitution is to show through action - by delivering (not just talking) real ‘all-men-are-created-equal’ alternatives.
That means ending entitlements, ending subsidies, ending preferential treatment...
And there is enough inertia built into the system that we as citizens, regardless of the outcome of this election, must make it clear to our representatives that we will not stand for it.
They need to know that their actions - or inactions - have consequences.
We need to keep the pressure on. Make these people take a stand. They are either working to protect our Liberties or they are allowing them to disappear.
It stops when they stop pushing Spanish as the language to learn - in Maine - where they are many more French speaking peoples in a northern state bordered by French folks - a state where you rarely run into a person who speaks native Spanish...
It stops when - well, not in our life time.
What business does a freeper have applying for jobs at government agencies :o

You may want to consider that it might not be preferences at all.
Sounds like my last full time job. I was the only one at a remote facility with any certification, electrical/electronics background (low level stuff), Ebay merchant experience, and responsible. Oh well.....
Right now, a steady paycheck would do.
No worries... I passed the DAMN hard HVAC state test and will be activating my license come Jan 1.
In the south, a HVAC license is gold..........(air conditioning)
