Perry has from an 8-10 point lead but that is misleading. He is the conservative in the race and he will win by somewhere from 12-15 points. Texas is still a very conservative state and you can’t go by just the polls in this election. With the enthusiasm in favor of the Republicans, he will be winning big!
More conservative than Bill White is not the same as the conservative.
