Why Send New Brigade to Iraq if Combat is Over??

President Barack Obama told the nation we have ended combat operations in Iraq. So why the need to send ANOTHER Brigade to Iraq?! I thought he was going to bring all our troops home from Iraq! Wasn't there supposed to be a troop draw-down? Is this just another broken promise?

The difference between a combat soldier and a non-combat soldier

[DOD announced today]..."The unit consisting of approximately 3,800 personnel will deploy in January... and will replace redeploying units with no increase in overall force levels."

What?!

No increase in force levels??!! What happened to a DECREASE?!

I have reached the conclusion that as long as Obama is in charge of this government, there is no good purpose in wasting the lives of America’s most precious resource. I want to bring them home now - for the fight to come.

In my paranoid mindest that I sometimes have, I wonder if keeping people overseas is being done by 0 and friends to try to stack the deck in their favor if things go wrong. If large numbers are over “there”, then it is easier to deal with the enemies of the state here.

He’s still too busy trying to find all of those shovels that he said he had. He’s also tied up in his efforts to bring us all together.... don’t you feel the warmth, don’t it make you want to cry?

Of course, if the Troops aren’t brought home, THEY WON’T BE ALLOWED TO VOTE.

Then Obama’s got businesses to run, such as GM and several banks and other stuff.

Come on, give the guy a break, he’s the most historic human to have ever lived.... we are blessed by that.....

Can I get a hug?

Obama can’t afford for people who have sworn to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic to be stateside right now.
