I didn't see the video. There is a lot to look through on this story and I just encountered it yesterday. The following contains an interview that is very long and rather redundant but it does outline a lot of corruption that deserves some answers.

HOW CAN THERE BE AN ARRAIGNMENT WITHOUT ANY CHARGES OR ACCUSER?

I checked the link to Tennessee statutes and it is true that it is illegal to be a jury foreman for twenty years straight.

I am sure it is, but I also know that the Grand Jury is the creature of the DA - they merely rubber-stamp what he wants. So no matter who is the foreman the result will is foreordained.

I also believe his attorney wanted to be taken off the case but the judge would not allow it unless he made a formal motion.

What that was all about I am not sure, but could it be that our 'emotional' Lt. Cdr. is not a cooperative client?
