Feed him disinformation and tell him it is controlled access, and see if it then gets leaked somewhere to somebody somehow. You can also check and double check your inner circle, and any major politician these days is wise to do so.
I for one would like his last name phonetic spelling so I can run him through Japanese and Chicom online databases. I have no conclusion either way, would just like to see where the trail leads, though, what with a little free time on the weekend here.
