Make no mistake about it.

Regular body cavity searches will be the next step. It is just the nature of intrusive government out of control.

We have the whole history of mankind and human nature itself to agitate on behalf of this projection of what they will insist on next.

They will try every approach except the one common sense approach which violates their sense of political correctness to the core: target Muslims.

Nope. A king of spin would have left us with the impression that he answered the questions.

Pistole evaded the questions.

They HAVE to be coming next. Muzzies have already detonated an intestinal bomb in an assassination attempt on a Saudi Prince (may have been a Yemeni). The old 'if it saves one life it will all be worth it' card will be played.

Pistole Risk based intelligence driven

If you were risk based intelligence driven you would focus on the guys who do this - those homicidal Bhuddist Monks - and leave the rest of us alone.

It is just plain dumb not to point security measures at the suspects, who are muslim males between the ages of 17-40, and check out supposedly women in burka’s who may not even be women.

This illegal search and seizure by TSA, and groping and humiliation reminds me of when the Nazi’s shaved the Jews heads to humiliate them and searched and seized all their goods.

To continue to FORCE this groping and humiliation on Americans who have never so much as harmed an animal or been late paying their water bill, is just plain monstrous. Especially babies and children too young to even know what terrorism means. It’s ridiculous...they say it’s random and the computer doesn’t know it’s picking a child or 97 year old grandma.

I suppose the TSA drones really freak out when they find a woman using a feminine sanitary product...of course, a lady muslim needn’t worry. They are off limits.

Blah, blah, blah. All flyers need to know they’ve all been fondled because unless you’ve been fondled, you are not safe. Felonies are only for non-TSA fondlers. Touching breasts and other private parts are necessary because of smugglers and contraband and terrorists to ensure that you are safe. The porn scanner and the TSA fondler are necessary. You cannot have privacy now because of islamic terrorists because there is a proper blend and you know you’d choose a flight where passengers have been “properly” felt, tugged, prodded and made to pose nudey. And if you leave the airport without being groped, you will be fined. And the fondling will be done twice or you will be threatened by a TSA perv.

I see one HUGE BACKLASH over this, politically, against the Obama Administration. The FedGov must be doing focus groups and polling to see how much they can get away with. The country is in NO MOOD for this nonsense, polls show people are fed up with Government and do not trust it and do not think the country is going in the right direction.

Intrusive actions like this are really going to push the country to extremes and to the tipping point, in my estimate. It will only be a spark, and I dont know where, at which airport, Wichita? Ft. Lauderdale? Des Moines? Albuquerque? Seattle? At any rate, it will happen over one passenger and it will spread like wildfire. I predict some senior citizen, maybe even a decorated veteran of a foreign war, being aggressively patted down and upset will have a heart attack and die or something dramatic like that (on the hands of the TSA), and then you will see a grassroots outrage at Obama and Holder and Napolatano the likes you have never seen in this country. They are playing with fire, really and truly are.

I recall defending Shep on a thread way back. When he was being called the FOX 'houseboy', without a spine, etc, I said give him time.

I like that "Don't touch my junk" phrase. And I never fly. Amtrak may lose money, but it sure gives great service. Even Greyhound is better than flying, IMO. (No hurry, ... ho hum...)

It occurs to me that if asked to take the nudie scan, one could object that 1.) it is medically harmful, since any radiation is harmful and is accumulative, as well as 2.) individual privacy rights.
When they respond with a demand for a enhanced pat-down then one should ask if the have probable cause to give you a pat-down. If they reply that you refused the nudie scan, then you asert that that is not probable cause, but a policy directive. If they insist, refuse, saying that just because you want to fly doesn't mean you have to give up your constitutional rights, and protection against unreasonable search and seizure. Stick to your constitutional rights, and be prepared to go to jail if need be. If hundreds of people join you there will be a basis for class action suit, and grounds to sure for damages later. Our Republic needs citizens to stand-up for their constitutional rights, or they shall be taken away forever!

When you buy an airline ticket, you voluntarily permit the TSA search. In general you have the right to refuse the search any time before - but apparently the TSA threatens to fine anyone who does rescind their permission once selected.

The TSA's position makes sense, as they are selecting a random person to thoroughly search. A bomber could just opt out if selected, to try again on another flight, or leave it to another cohort - and one could eventually board without a thorough search, easily defeating the TSA's statistical probe.

The TSA response might require everyone to undergo a full body search before boarding. Either that, or anyone who refuses one will be placed on a "cannot board without a thorough search list." (Never mind that the Muslim bomber will use a different identity each time.)

The TSA is effective in harassing the legitimate citizen traveler to the Nth degree, but is unlikely to ever block, catch, or ultimately deter a reasonably intelligent Muslim terrorist on a mission.
