Mo McGowan, a former Assistant TSA Administrator and Director of Security Operations, admitted the TSA is violating the 4th Amendment. On Fox News, he said, Nobody likes having their 4th Amendment violated going through a security line, but the truth of the matter is, uh, we're gonna have to do it.

Not flying anymore until this nonsense stops.
Profile already
The great Dr. Ron Paul has introduced a bill to remove immunity from TSA Goons for any assault on a person in the US. God bless Dr. Ron and his great son, DR. Rand!!
No, we don’t have to do it. This has nothing to do with security.
Had to fly to London less then two months after 9/11. This was when they had removed all of the metal silverware from the planes and instead were giving everyone a plastic spork.
As I got on the flight I had to walk past the first class galley. Sitting there were two trays of glasses - GLASS GLASSES! All I kept thinking was a person could slit a lot of throats with a broken glass.
Glasses are still used in first class today proving that it is all about the ILLUSION of security, not real security.
“.....but the truth of the matter is, uh, we’re gonna have to do it.”
WHY!? It’s NOT doing anything but pissing people off, and making Chertoff, and Rapiscan millions of dollars.
The Muslims that need to be subjected to intensive search for their creative means of concealing explosive devices, and weapons aren’t being adequately searched by these methods, so I ask once again WHY!?
Uh, we’re going to sue your ass into the stone age. We will also subpoena you and use your statement as evidence.
Well that's that, then.
When will the bill come to a vote and what are the chances of its passing? Ideas?
It may have been a reader post on a Ron Paul website.

Get the Foreign Ministries of major countries, like UK, Japan, Korea, Germany, France, India, etc., to issue TRAVEL ADVISORIES on their official webpages (like the State Department does on it), warning their foreign nationals that they may be subject to intrusive and rude if not obscene physical treatment by US aiport authorities on the occasion of their US visit, and that they may also enter foreign data base (i.e. USA and not their home country) in visual form, as being nearly naked. Also that challenging US airport authorities, even politely, could land one in a US prison or with a hefty fine.
I know some countries that will be ready to do this very, very soon. When that happens, all hell will break loose. The s-pot can be further stirred that when these advisories appear, the foreign press in those countries also do print and TV stories on the TSA "overreach". It will spread like a grassfire.
So you want to use global lawmaking to solve problems here?
Doesnt sound good.
What if this is calculated to bankrupt the airlines for gov. takeover?
This problem must be addressed by our constitutional law NOW...
