Thanks, this is a new problem. Have been using this machine quite a while. It is not that current, but have never had problems with it.

I wouldn’t panic yet, but it wouldn’t hurt to refrain from doing online banking or buying stuff until you’re sure your system isn’t compromised. You might try running Linux off a live CD.
Could be the dreaded FRootkit. Causes extreme rationality and common sense in users. It’s a selective, conservative, elegant virus. :)

It looks like a file server. I don’t know what your computer is trying to look up, or if it has something to do with these people.
There are some other links with that address on it.
Again, I’d be cautious until you figure out what’s going on.
