Sheriff Dupnik appeared on MSNBC’s Countdown with Keith Oblermann and said he has a ‘legal responsibility’ to place blame for the shooting tragedy in Tucson, Arizona. It just so happens he’s blaming the likes of Sharron Angle and Sarah Palin for being responsible for the massacre.
During the interview he also tries to explain how he’s not politicizing the situation. Automatically placing blame on ‘right-wing rhetoric’ seems as if it pretty much fits the bill for politicization of a tragedy.

No evidence just wild speculation on who is to blame. Man I pray for the people who have a crime committed against them in that sheriffs zone of control. He can’t even find basic public knowledge about this crazy shooter on the internet. Would have taken too long like about 5 minutes I guess.

So... let me get this straight... Dupnik's comments linking Palin, Angle, Beck, Limbaugh, et. al. to the shooting wasn't his personal opinion, but rather issued as a function of his office under the color of authority?
Every lawyer in America must be salivating at the chance to represent the plaintiffs in the upcoming lawsuits.
So is the sheriff going to try to have Sharron Angle, Sarah Palin, and Rush Limbaugh extradited to Arizona to stand trial for inciting murder?

Who gets the blame for knowing all about the toxic and dangerous environment in the jurisdiction of Pima County, knowing all about Louchner and his instability, knowing about his recent gun purchase, and then refusing to provide any security at all for Giffords appearing in his very own jurisdiction.
