Both pictures are creations of the WH colorist in residence......He changes his look according to the tone he wishes to portray. Typical Liberal. He has not done anything to earn the normal Presidential gray hair so many rightfully acquire. He is a national disgrace.
The gray hair is a result of Obozo discovering that the Presidency is in fact hard work. Since he’s never worked hard for anything before, no wonder he’s going gray.
