I don’t know about that, just yet. They’ve been in office for less than two months.
Give them a little time to find their balance. I know for a fact that having so many TEA Party Congresscritters is having an effect.
This is a multi-election revolution. We will take the Senate next time.

I don’t know how old you are, but I remember when Reagan defeated Carter...and I had lived as an adult during the Carter years.
The “fix” didn’t happen overnight, but it was like an earthquake of biblical proportions when Reagan assumed office.
The House is doing what they can to stop Obama’s agenda, but they are overwhelmed with problems right now.
I’m not making excuses...but I know one thing that is certain...I wouldn’t want to be an incumbent politician on either side of the aisle for anything in the world right now.

You can lay that directly at the LSM’s feet.
They were not only in the tank for him, they showered, bathed and fed him...and sucked up to him in more ways than is polite to acknowledge.
They put halos around his head, they had no comment about the parthenon that was erected in Denver...more than that, they threw Hillary! under the bus, and allowed Obama to use the race card against Billybob.
The worst thing they did, though, is to not only allow him to go unvetted, as they usually do during a Presidential election, but to be his press secretaries.

When the destruction is sufficient for the (insert political description here) people to nationalize and completely control the oil industries i imagine their converstion would go something like this:
“Oh no, we can’t do this! We are socialist, not communists!”
It just does not matter. Evil has no restraints.

We will know when they are close to achieving this goal when they will no longer have to PRETEND to be concerned about the environment, the economy, education, the children , the poor..... These are merely vehicles they will use to reach their goal.

They are facists, they are socialists, they are communists.
They are even capitalists if it temporarily serves their needs.
They will be whatever they need to be at any given time.

I would think that the “shellacking” Obama took in November would give you some hope for this country.
The Republicans will take the Senate in ‘12. What they will do with it remains to be seen.
It all comes down to the Republican presidential nominee.
