Leftists like Obama reflexively despise the US military. And most folks in the military despise leftists and don’t vote for them. So holding back a US soldier’s pay is likely no big deal to him — might even be a bit of “payback” involved with it. Obama’s such a little schmuck.
If they win this, there will never be a chance for budget reductions ever, because the American people will have spoken that cuts are unacceptable.

My husband and I put in four military deployments, sustaining injury, 30 combined years of service and we, along with many like us, will have trouble making mortgage in deference to Planned Parenthood (which is in business primarily to profit from killing developing children) and other masses of interest groups who just take without giving.

Yeah - I don’t know if Great Leader has thought through the ramifications of messing with the Pentagon. Even with the multitudes of political-career officers (think Colin Powell) the military will be loyal to the military and to this nation. GL may someday find himself in real, embarrassing, trouble because of this. It reminds me when he tried to dress-down the Supreme Court during a SOTU address. Aside from Mrs. Great Leader, Soros, and his other handlers, who has GL not thrown under the bus?
