Unpossible. The left tells us she is unelectable, a joke and not a serious candidate. (sarcasm)

Ooops! What will the PDSers do now? I keep being told by them that "Sarah can't win because her negatives are too high!"

I'm telling you, the lid is gonna come off this country on the day that she announces. I guarantee that she'll have over a million people volunteer to work her campaign on that day alone. It's gonna be like nothing you've ever seen.

This is why they’ve brought Trumpet into the fray; they realize that Palin has a huge lead, and nothing they’ve tried has dented it.

I’ve been a little disappointed in Palin lately but her recent speech in WI was quite impressive.

From gallup.com:

PRINCETON, NJ -- Former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, who announced the formation of a presidential exploratory committee last week, is recognized by 43% of Republicans nationwide. He has a Gallup Positive Intensity Score of 13, average across the 14 potential GOP candidates Gallup tracks.

Potential GOP Candidate Images Among Republicans and Republican-Leaning Independents, April 4-17, 2011

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann continue to have the highest Positive Intensity Scores among Republicans who recognize them, at 24 and 22, respectively, in Gallup Daily tracking interviews conducted April 4-17.

2011 Trend: Positive Intensity Scores, Potential Candidates for 2012 Republican Presidential Nomination

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin follows with a Positive Intensity Score of 17, while a large group of potential candidates have slightly lower scores between 13 and 15. This group includes Texas Congressman Ron Paul, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Georgia businessman Herman Cain, former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, Ambassador to China Jon Huntsman, former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty, and Santorum. Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour and Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels trail, with Positive Intensity Scores of 10 and 8, respectively, while former New Mexico Gov. Gary Johnson has a score of 0 and former Louisiana Gov. Buddy Roemer is the lowest of the group, with a score of -1.

The most recognized potential Republican candidates are Palin, Huckabee, Gingrich, and Romney -- each known by more than 8 in 10 Republicans. Paul is recognized by 72% and Bachmann by 56%. All other candidates have name identifications below 50%. (Complete data for the April 4-17 interviewing period follow on page 2.)

Damn... rasmussen agrees with abc news... and anyone seeing the Trump interview this morning has no doubt that abc are paid shills for obama... and gallup seems to be actually finding polling results that agree with what all of us see and hear in our daily lives... and from every corner of the Nation. I used to dislike gallup... but maybe they are getting serious about being THE polling firm again. We need to watch all of them closely.

The new gallup poll out today has a chart on page 2 that breaks down the GOP candidates favs/unfav. Palin continues to be the most favorable candidate in the GOP field with a 69% favorable rating. ..... This is good news as she continues to ramp up for a 2012 primary run.

Good news for what?

A resounding Sarah Palin victory in the Republican primaries and a Sarah Palin defeat of Biblical proportions in the general election in November, 2012?

Republicans make up only 29% of all voters.

Republicans are the Munchkins of the American electorate. One hundred percent (100%) of the Republican vote and $1.19 will get you nothing more than a cup of coffee at McDonalds.

The Independents, who comprise 38% of all voters and dwarf the Republicans in number, decide the ultimate outcome of the general elections. How are Sarah Palin's favs/unfavs among Independents? How are Sarah Palin's favs/unfavs among ALL voters?

Lower than whale scat at the bottom of the ocean:

FOX News Poll (February 7-9, 2011)

Question 3: I am going to read you a list of names. Tell me if you think that person would make a good President or not.

Sarah Palin:

.................YES.........NO.......DK.....Never heard of

ALL...........23%.......72%.........4%.......1%

Dem ...........7%........87%........5%.......1%

Rep ...........40%.......56%.......3%.......1%

Ind ...........25%........69%.......3%.......1%

I simply fail to understand how so many conservatives are so irrational as to desire the nomination of a candidate with Unfavorables among ALL voters that are so toxic that they will ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE the reelection of Barack Hussein Obama.

For the sake of complete disclosure, let's look at what page 1 of the poll says: "Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and Congresswoman Michele Bachmann continue to have the highest Positive Intensity Scores among Republicans who recognize them . . . ."

(Palin is third)

Also, Palin has much higher negatives than (7%) than Huck or Bachmann.

The point is, part of the poll advantage that is touted in the thread headline is based on "recognizability" and of course Palin is the most recognized person in the room, whereas 21% still don't know who Huck is.

I DO NOT LIKE HUCK, but think we need a fuller picture of what the poll says. Palin isn't even mentioned in the headline.

That's impossible. Some FReepers told us so. </sarc>

I saw the potential GOP list in USA Today and except for Sarah Palin I will not vote or support any of them.
If Palin, Bachman or someone equally Conservative is not the GOP Nominee then I will not support or vote for said Nominee.
I have had it with the Republican Party, I find them just as Disingenuous, Corrupt and Spewing Forth Mendacity as the Democrats.
