§ 953. Private correspondence with foreign governments.
Any citizen of the United States, wherever he may be, who, without authority of the United States, directly or indirectly commences or carries on any correspondence or intercourse with any foreign government or any officer or agent thereof, with intent to influence the measures or conduct of any foreign government or of any officer or agent thereof, in relation to any disputes or controversies with the United States, or to defeat the measures of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
This section shall not abridge the right of a citizen to apply himself, or his agent, to any foreign government, or the agents thereof, for redress of any injury which he may have sustained from such government or any of its agents or subjects.

Obama was the one that instructed Odinga to bring the fury to the streets to dispute the election results, just like a good community organizer would. The difference being in Africa bringing fury to the streets means burning people alive and attacking people with machete’s.

he -has- a Connecticut SSN, without ever living or working there, and no one has given any reasonable explanation other than criminal fraud.

...SO, it doesn’t matter where he was born, because he has already broken plenty of laws. Even his refusal to enforce the laws of congress is blatant. ...example he is currently and blatantly violating the War Powers act.

I respect Dr Corsi, and wish him well. if he finds more evidence of crimes, he can add it to the growing pile.
if he can thumb his nose at multiple clear blatant crimes, will it matter even if Corsi finds someone who swears he was born in Kenya? it will be ignored also.
if he can’t even be held accountable for current crimes and a fraudulent Connecticut SSN, and multiple clearly and blatantly forged USA documents, then how will anything from Africa be taken more seriously?
I don't know exactly what Obama may have said to Odinga. But can you name any significant disputes or controversies that Kenya has with the United States? If not, then Obama has not violated the Logan act.
