No offense friend but the fact that no one has commented on the thread (immediately) indicates a lack of interest. Cain may be great, well rounded, experienced in business etc, but that does not make him presidential material.
The next leader MUST focus on the specific problems we are facing: security, energy and the debacle called ‘healthcare reform’.
I’m not interested in Cain. The one person that has detected the problems we are confronting, with laser beam accuracy, is the one I wish to support and until they inform the public they are not running, I will only support them.

There are other threads about Cain’s announcement, including one in the Breaking News sidebar with nearly 200 comments, FRiend. Piling on Herman Cain makes me question your motives.

Did you listen to his announcement speech? Have you read anything he’s written? Are you aware of his background (and we aren’t just talking Godfather pizza)?
If Herman Cain was another average Republican candidate I would tend to agree with you. Herman Cain is extraordinary. Given time and an opportunity I think he has a very good chance of winning. He’s want I want in a leader anyway. Maybe others will feel the same way.
