Read your Old Testament. Whenever God decides to punish Israel for falling away from Him and turning to other gods, He gives them ample warning and they ignore it. When he finally does punish them (and it happens several times), He does not tell them that they need to fight for their freedom. He tells them to pray to Him for help and forgiveness and to truly mean it.
America has turned away from God and now worships other gods. Islam is the punishment. The true Christian will suffer along with everyone else, but not as bad because we know that as long as we don’t denounce God and Jesus, we win in the end.
Even if you can’t imagine God actively making things happen on Earth, then a strong belief in Him and His Son would make it impossible for us to have “tolerance” for a religion that wants us dead or enslaved. Christianity carried western civilization through the Dark Ages. Islam wants to reset history to a time before that. Obama was right that America is no longer a Christian nation. We have to change that by becoming Christians again, not by fighting the 7th century Satan cultists through arms.
Perhaps God does want us to fight Islam, but he wants us to fight it in His name because a billion and a half of us versus a billion of them will not solve the problem. God drove allah (Satan) out of heaven once and he can beat him again. He’s just waiting for us to ask.
I’ve posted this numerous times. Have a friend who was married to a Saudi and lived there for years. She says ALL muslims practice Sharia law but are told not to admit it in public.
That’s a lot to be worried about but Somalis bringing in T.B. is scary, too.
I wish one politician would stand up and ask “Why are we allowing and even helping these people come here?” Just one.
Well if you wish to stand by and be meekly destroyed by the Islamists, that is your choice.
I ain’t that meek.
When do you start shooting? They won’t come over here in a human wave attack and start killing us. They will move into the neighborhood, with their kids and minivan. Quietly build a mosque. Sponsor little league. Get a little law passed here and there. Work with the ACLU to slowly push back Christianity. Work with the media to portray Christians as crazy (Harold Camping and Terry Jones??) while portraying themselves as reasonable, calm folk who just want to live in peace. Your children will begin to see the “beauty” in Islam while laughing at the “stupidity” of the “old religions of America”. Church attendance will fall as mosques fill up, not with Achmeds and Mohhamids, but with Steves and Heathers. They’ll vote for politicans who favor shariah and it will erode our freedoms piece by piece, year by year, until they are all gone.
By the time that its time to start shooting, we will have already lost. The time to “fight” is now, but not with guns and bombs, but with one really good idea. Its the idea that got us fed to lions long ago, but it still worked and is the only sure way to defeat allah’s hordes.
But, just in case there does come a time to start shooting, rest assured that I’ll be manning the line with you.
