The parasites (”educators”) are killing the host (taxpayers). And what are we getting for all the money we pour down this rathole? Legions of HS grads who can barely read and know nothing of American History and college grads majoring in “communcation studies”, “ethnic studies” and the like, with which they can maybe get a job at McDonalds.
The truth is, that the education industry has become an employment center for leftists so they can sponge off taxpayers and enjoy a cushy life that is fast disappearing for the rest of us yokels.
I agree - we must destroy “education” in order to save it. All we have to do to end this charade is to pull our kids out of school and boycott this whole liberal shakedown machine. All the schools should be auctioned off to private companies, taxes cut, and parents put back in charge of educating their own kids.

One start would be to de-fund Dept of Ed at the Federal Level - there is absolutely no good reason the federal govt should be involved with schooling our children and setting standards, etc.

We cannot destroy education. It is already toast, perpetrated on us by “educators” whose college degrees are worth as much as an Obama speech. Current education degrees are worthless, putrid, and otherwise stinky.
New idea: School teachers get 1 (that’s one, uno, single) semester of semi-valuable ideas on “education), followed by 7 additional semesters of classes on reading, writing...you know the rest).
Teachers are the **only** people responsible for their unions and the policies these unions support. Parents aren't. Legislators and taxpaying citizens have no say in who is elected to positions of authority in the unions, and children are voiceless.
If unions are corrupt it is because the **MAJORITY** of teachers support this corrupt and continue ( year after year) to vote to establish evil.

They pull MY kid out of school on one of these communist unauthorized field trips and my lawyers would tear them to shreds. I wonder how many parents even knew that their own kids were being used as human shields for these worthless thugs?
