Obama’s ineligibility: Congress says al-Qaida terrorist can be President
Canada Free Press ^ | June 20, 2011 | Lawrence Sellin

There is no gray area. Either members of Congress are liars or they are too stupid to serve in government.

Senator Mark R. Warner (D-VA) says:

“The facts have consistently shown that President Obama was born in the United States. As a natural-born American citizen, he is fully eligible to serve as President of our country.”

Anwar al-Awlaki was born on April 22, 1971 in Las Cruces, New Mexico. He is an Islamic spiritual leader and an imam who has encouraged Islamic terrorism against the West. He is a senior talent recruiter and motivator, who has also become “operational” as a planner and trainer for al-Qaeda. Al-Awlaki’s sermons were attended by three of the 9/11 hijackers. He reportedly met privately with two of them in San Diego. Recent investigations have suggest that al-Awlaki may have known about the 9/11 attacks in advance. In 2009, he was promoted to the rank of “regional commander” within al-Qaeda.

According to Warner and every other member of the US Congress, al-Awlaki is a natural-born American citizen and he is fully eligible to serve as President of our country.

Accused Fort Hood shooter and al-Awlaki disciple Nidal Malik Hasan was born on September 8, 1970 in Arlington, Virginia.

Perhaps al-Awlaki and Hasan could be on the same Presidential ticket with Warner as their campaign manager.

You see, Mark, the natural born citizen clause of the Constitution is there for a reason, to prevent such a situation from happening. It is about dual allegiance. It requires a Presidential candidate to be native born of US citizen parents at the time of birth.

The Canadians clearly understand the Constitution better than our elected officials. How is that?

Methinks that our neighbors to the north are getting a little fidgety knowing that they’re no longer neighbors to the biggest superpower in the world.

See “Birther Report”: computer specialist after specialist agree that Obama’s LFBC is a fraud. Problem is...no one in the media, including Fox will look at it.

Seems a calculation has been made...OK, he’s a British citizen but it’s too much trouble to impeach him.

Sad but true.

Is al-Awlaki the child of two US citizen parents?

NO-—therefore he is INELIGIBLE. I don’t care if he was born in the Lincoln Memorial. He has ZERO LOYALTY to the US and being born to non-citizens just confirms that fact.

The Canadians forgot the current residency and age requirements though ~ I am sure Warner has a staff aid well versed in those things.

Senators like Warner are easy to pick on ~ all too easy. I think their days are done. The Great Obama Recession came about as a consequence of their stupidity.

Until 2008, you were correct. But the eligibility clause was ignored then, and from now on even a non-citizen can be president. I nominate Moammar Qadhafi - he may be out of a job soon.

I'll take "Liars and Traitors" for $500, Alex.

The website is Canadian, not the author. Scroll down to the very bottom and read the bio.

Published on a Canadian website, though. Our own MSM doesn’t have the courage to publish something like this.

I had my hand on the buzzer when you pressed it.

We have liars and Traitors in the Congress for sure.

Just a few Traitors and a lot of Liars, but even the best of them are there merely for the perks.

Perks like Lobbyists gifts, Insider trading, Campaign fund spending, Secretaries, Mistress’s, Chauffered cars and parking places at the airport. Too many more to mention, but suffice it to say living like potentates off the backs of the American taxpayer.

So?

George Lincoln Rockwell, David Duke, and Ted Kennedy could have been president too. But it didn’t happen there either.

On a totally unrelated topic, somebody in another thread quoted a poem by parsifal. Seeing that I took a moment to again glance again at parsy’s final post. In part:

“I tell you what. I’ll save Jim the trouble of zotting me. I had hoped to make a dozen years, but what the heck. As long as you idiotic Birfers are loose to make this place look like some kind of Art Bell Halfway House, I don’t want my name, uh er uh, screen name, associated with it.”

I do miss him. Don’t you?

Sure I miss him. But Parsy was always a Rino-type, although a jovial and good-hearted one. He was wrong, as are you, about the significance of having an illegitimate President serve. Obama simply does not meet the Constitutional requirement of being a natural born citizen.

Charles Pinckney, member of the Continental Congress; signatory to the Constitution wrote, “what better way to insure attachment to the Country than to require the President to have his American citizenship through his father and not through a foreign father.” Obama’s father is a foreign father. According to the Founders, as the words of Founder Pinckney make perfectly clear, Obama does not meet the “natural born citizen” requirement to hold the office of President.

I know you find such a concern for fidelity to what the Founding Fathers established to be disagreeably passé, off-putting, tres de classe and well, dirty, moldy, like a cat draggging home some once buried arm from the backyard graveyard of your serial-killer of a neighbor.

May we suggest that we are right, and perhaps you might be wrong?

“Just because a mother cat gives birth in an oven, does not automatically make the kittens into biscuits.”

That quote, from somewhere in the obscurity of time, implies that the simple act of being born in the US does not make the newborn into an American. That distinction must be EARNED, through education and demonstration of the understanding of what the meaning of “America” really is.

Of course, I never did figure out how a kitten could learn to become a biscuit.

His “natural born” status has caused many issues the greatest of which is a revelation of just how much people do not know what the term meant as defined by our founders. Then, it revealed how enough obfuscating and lying it takes to avoid the constitutional duty of keep in check those in power.

We are not the United States anymore, we are a very watered down version of a once great republic. Whether or not there are enough people with the integrity and guts to restore us to the magnificent standard we were founded upon remains to be seen. I will die trying.
