White House (Obama Administration) loosens border rules for 2012

President Barack Obama’s administration is quietly offering a quasi-amnesty for hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants, while aiming to win reelection by mobilizing a wave of new Hispanic voters, say supporters of stronger immigration law enforcement.

The new rules were quietly announced Friday with a new memo from top officials at the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency. The “prosecutorial discretion” memo says officials need not enforce immigration laws if illegal immigrants are enrolled in an education center or if their relatives have volunteered for the US military.

“They’re pushing the [immigration] agents to be even more lax, to go further in not enforcing the law,” said Kris Kobach, Kansas’ secretary of state. “At a time when millions of Americans are unemployed and looking for work, this is more bad news coming from the Obama administration… [if the administration] really cared about putting Americans back to work, it would be vigorously enforcing the law,” said Kobach, who has helped legislators in several states draft local immigration-related laws.

I'd like to see a Republican president put the word out that EPA regulations won't be enforced. That Sarbanes-Oxley is a dead letter. That insider trading won't be punished.

The Hispanic vote could be crucial in the 2012 election, because the Obama campaign hopes to offset its declining poll ratings by registering new Hispanic voters in crucial swing states, such as Virginia and North Carolina.

To boost the Hispanic vote, the administration has enlisted support from Hispanic media figures, appointed an experienced Hispanic political operative to run the political side of the Obama reelection campaign, and has maintained close ties to Hispanic advocacy groups, including La Raza. For example, La Raza’s former senior vice president and lobbyist, Cecilia Munoz, was hired by the Obama administration as director of intergovernmental affairs in 2009.”

The Constitution guarantees that the Federal government shall protect the states from invasion.

The obama administration is America's 2nd "9/11".

If America was an airliner, then it is being hijacked by the obama administration and pointed straight at our "Trade Center"...the American economy.

As sure as the towers fell on 9/11, if we don't stop obama's raid on the free world, the American economy will fall with a much louder and horrific crash than did the twin towers, and with even more destruction.

Issuing unlawful executive orders, declaring unlawful wars, and stifling American freedom to the point of socialistic slavery, brack hussein obama is nothing more than a hijacker.

OH, he has a following, like sucker-fish on a shark waiting to share the spoils and vie for power in the aftermath.

He has NOT the authority to do this to America, we are sitting on our duffs ALLOWING him to do this to us. He promises handouts, and many buy into it even though he's broken every promise he ever made, except the one about "fundamentally transforming America".

I'm appalled that patriotic Americans are not descending on DC in numbers that would pale any TEA party gathering, lining the White House fence fifty people deep and shouting to the top of our lungs. If our forefathers and American fighting forces have died for our freedom, it makes sense that we could spare a little vocal power.

This travesty cannot be allow to stand. Millions of veterans in America once took an oath to protect our Constitution from all enemies, foreign AND "domestic"...that oath and promise did NOT end with our honorary discharge...that oath was from our heart and our love for this country.

The "plane" of America under the control of hijacker obama is headed for the new "ground zero", the heart of the country and everyone is home watching Piers Morgan - not even an American.

Are we going to be like the people on flight 93 and at least, fight back a little...or just sit around and obamacize the situation counting on "HOPE"? "Hope" is an excuse for doing NOTHING...obama's modus operandi.

Stop the hijacking of America, burn up those phones, starting raising hell EVERY DAY.

Hey thank you Obama for setting this as a precedent! Now the next time we have a Republican president he can, by executive order, give his EPA the option of ignoring any violations of environmental regulations, the NLRB the ability to ignore any complaints by organized labor. Heck, he could even instruct federal agencies to not enforce Obamacare.

This is something that I've thought for a long time; even before the marxist. I live in Podunk USA and we have Mexicans coming in here and locating all the time. And all of a sudden, blacks are coming. The reason that this stands out is that we are in the very center of the US pop around 6800 and yes mostly caucasion. Would you relocate to somewhere that was almost completely composed of one race? A black person relocating here on their own? I find it incredibly difficult to believe that there is not someone funding this. Also, the indian/pakistan/arab population has moved in in droves.
