One of the most interesting things on the new Defkalion Green Technologies (DGT) web site is a white paper that gives an overview of the companys technology and its business plan. It appears that they have carefully thought out how to introduce and proliferate their E-Cat-based technology which will be marketed under the brand name Hyperion. Reading through the white paper some key points regarding the manufacturing and distribution of E-Cat based technology emerge:

Do they really think that they can keep it secret by "sealing" the unit?
It's trivial have the unit "stolen" and then break it open and analyze it.
a scam which preys on the most desperate.
no demonstrations of a generator really working. the scam just keeps stinking.
at least the utah cold fusion guys figured out how to fake a demonstration.
“Do they really think that they can keep it secret by “sealing” the unit?”
Keeps the magic in.
Hyperion is financial consolidation software and e-cat is that thing from a decade or so ago that would attach to your computer to scan a barcode to take you to a website.
Do you think, perchance, that it just "might" have something to do with the fact that Greece has 80+% of Europe's reserves of nickel???
Really??? I hadn't noticed a huge preponderance of "the most desparate" at any of the multiple demonstrations of the technology.

There is also the Hyperion Sewage Treatment plant in El Segundo, CA, and probably many other companies.
The obvious link is Dr. Stremnenos, the Univ. of Bologna physicist (thus known to Rossi and Focardi), who also happens to be Greek and a former ambassador from Greece to Italy, and is now an executive with Defkalion.

I suspect the sealing process involves some kind of 'meltdown' that changes the catalyst. (I believe the catalyst must therefore be a molecule, not a simple element). I agree that eventually someone should be able to back-engineer it, with enough time and effort.
