Has Bill O’ Reilly, 60 minutes, or any other investigative show...

I wouldn't call those investigative shows. Especically BOR. More like news-centered entertainment for couch potatoes shows.

Send in the Federal Marshalls with subpeonas to seize all documents and IT assets.

At what point do we start assuming that a lot of people were bribed or getting cuts of some of the sales...because that's what this feels like.

Is this the so-called “Project Castaway”? If so, can we expect that ATF used a different name for a variety of gunwalker cases dealing with different Central America and Mexico projects?

Yes. As did DEA and State. Merida Initiative/ March 2009

Some aspects of the operations got pretty severe, it seems. including instruction on torture techniques for Mexican police investigators from León, Guanajuato

Limits in the Seas studies actually began in 1970. My check shows no study ever published on Israel-Lebanon — for obvious reasons, I think. However, I’m sure a FOI request for info on the Lebanon-Israel seaward limits filed in the Office of the Geographer would prove to be very interesting.
