I agree, but to get a warrant he has to have something other than a theory. He needs to have enough evidence from somewheres to convince the judge to inquire further.

If they view the BC from Obama, that has all the evidence they need to see it's a fraud.

Someone in Arizona will file a criminal complaint to get the ball rolling.

Then the Sheriff will simply need to state that he wants Obama on the ballot, so he must resolve the criminal complaint. He must do his job and enforce the law.

Sept 14th, the officials in Hawaii have to authorize Orly and her team access to Obama’s records or show cause why they shouldn't have to. They have no case.
