Any State Court in the nation could subpoena the original if there was a dispute in law that is within their jurisdiction. It's technically possible for a county Sheriff to initiate such a dispute in law.

I know that Arizona has presidential candidates state that they are natural born citizens of the US before they can be put on the ballot.

And here it is...I had it. :-)

Sheriff Arpaio may be able to initiate an investigation now based on this 2008 AZ ballot access document that was signed by Obama on Nov, 30, 2007.

Obama swore to this for the 2008 Arizona 'Presidential Preference Election ballot' in post 33 above.

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that all the information in this Nomination paper is true, that as to these and all other qualifications. And any documents, or birth certificates should be all part of any investigation, and if any state, organization, persons refuses to co-operate should be held in obstruction of justice.
