Look at it from their point view. All their plans are open-ended, unfunded leftist boondoggles that depend on leftist judges and unelected regulatory agencies to fully implement them. Why bother writing a bill when the content is meaningless until the marxists in black robes and badge-carrying bureaucrats decide what it really means.

I can't believe this gang of idiots has not changed their MO one iota... pie in sky rhetoric & bombast, a bums rush to pass some vague 'plan', followed post facto by the reality that the legislation had zero to do with the rhetoric.

On the other hand, why change what seems to have worked so well in the past? I'm worried the GOP leadership will outsmart themselves again.
