I think the services of Frank Abagnale Jr. should be enlisted. He is a former master forgery who was released from prison to work as a forgery expert for the F.B.I. He was potrayed in a movie by Leonardo di Caprio called Catch Me If You Can. I think most people would have a lot of confidence in his findings. Just to make sure, perhaps he could be part of a panel of experts who would have to swear to be impartial regardless of political leanings.

It's not a matter of respect. Everyone has a right to an opinion and I respect that right. But, I simply cannot understand your opinion and therefore question its worth.

When I see something so blatant and obviously a forgery coming from an individual whose entire life seems to be fabrication, but you claim to see the opposite, I am left to wonder about your capacity for discernment, especially with regard to electronic document manipulation, and/or your motives.

For the record, I have no idea where obama was born or who his father is, but I have reviewed methods and conclusions of those who have analyzed the released documentation and agree that those documents have been electronically altered.

If you want respect for your opinion, you'll have to do or review the research work and then explain why those conclusions are in error.

It's nothing personal; people fall for con artists, forgeries and infomercials all the time. Even people claiming to be lawyers.

HAHAHA SO to get respect I have to convince and explain in a way that you demand? lol I change my mind. I don’t want your respect for my opinion.

Later.

Obama posted forgeries. He fails e-verify. Several independent licensed private detectives state that he has multiple social security numbers.

Will this judge allow discovery? Probably not, but in the court of public opinion, ( the most important court for re-election, this can not be good for Obama.

You forgot that Obama dba POTUS lies almost every time he opens his mouth. When average middle American folks do this, we call them chronic liars.

There we go, that's the post I was waiting for. All too easy.

Thank you for making it quick instead of taking several more posts to show your hand and whose team you're likely playing for.

Seriously, dude. The truth is out there. Seek it. You're on the wrong side.

...us all look bad.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

“Us”?.....What is this? The Royal “We”?

Whether or not Obama’s eligibility is granted discovery in any court, his posting of forgeries, failure to e-verify, and multiple social security numbers can **not** help in the most import court of all: The Court of Public Opinion!

Orly Taitz takes a lot of criticism about her quest to out Obama....her lawyerly skills are questioned and laughed at by many posters. However, there is something about her persistence, dedication, and gutsy tactics that I think are admirable. This odd, quixotic trooper may just surprise us all one day, big time, by upsetting Obama’s apple cart. I hope she does....I hope she has the last laugh.

The problem with conspiracy theorists like yourself, is that you see a conspiracy in everything. But you have fun with that.

And yet the public doesn’t care about this issue.

I am a Conservative. I have voted Conservative my entire (quite long) life. But I will say again, this is a non-issue with no evidence. And mine is, by far, the majority opinion. Even most GOP voters don’t even buy this.

And in the words of Emperor Joseph ... “there it is”. I stand by my opinion on this.

“And yet the public doesn’t care about this issue.”

I would love to see an independent study that proves your statement. The growing doubt about Obama’s birthplace is what kids call viral.

In the words of Julius Caesar “Cry “Havoc,” and let slip the dogs of war.”

Meh. As an attorney I find this entire issue pretty meaningless and remain utterly unconvinced of the “evidence”.

Then you are of that part of the legal system which needs to be excised root and branch.

The evidence is on the prosecution ... those trying to prove a point. I have yet to see any worth a piss.

Now doing misunderstand me, Obama is about the worst thing for our Nation, but this issue is without evidence and borders on the silly.

Back atcha crickets.

The evidence that the courts seem to think no one has "Standing" to drag the @sshole in chief into court and make him prove he is eligible, is quite overwhelming. The remedy is to get these people out of the legal system. It would be wonderful if the Republicans won a big enough Senate majority to impeach a few federal judges.

"Conspiracy theorist"? That's it? Alinsky-esque name calling? So disappointing. You started out better, much more cogent.

In the interest of giving you the benefit of doubt, let's just say that you're not one of the noobie disruptor types who always show up on these BC threads...

Maybe you're old school and too proud to admit you've been scammed by obama and his Chicago way and now too afraid of the consequences. I offer my condolences.

Or maybe you're one of what they, behind the curtain, used to call "useful idiots" then, again, I offer my condolences.

"There are none so blind..."

But, if you're a curious American with a love and respect for the Constitution you (possibly) took an oath to uphold and defend, then do your own research!

Whether you know it or not, you're on the wrong side.

You can’t impeach judges for any of this. You just can’t impeach judges because you don’t like their rulings. And be very glad of that or the Left would have eradicated conservative Judges long ago.

This is a bad issue. This is a ridiculous issue. There is SO much wrong about Obama that latching onto this neigh unto baseless issue is absurd.

Conservatism deserves better than this.

Just saying something is true doesn’t make it so.
