Meh. As an attorney I find this entire issue pretty meaningless and remain utterly unconvinced of the “evidence”.

You could be right, but I think that there will be a lot of voters come election day Nov. 2012 who will vote against Obama because of the way Obama has been so secretive about his background during the 2012 presidential campaign.

For instance, it has been nearly six months since Obama released his long form birth certificate to the public on April 27, yet Kapiolani Hospital has not said one word to verify that Obama was born there as it is stated on the long form birth certificate.

It would take a simple phone call from the President of the United States to Kapiolani officials---and put a deadly dagger into the heart of birther nation---for those officials to verify tomorrow that Obama was indeed born there, for those officials to allow reporters to examine Obama's records, and for the officials to point out the room where Obama's mother stayed in 1961, but Kapiolani and Obama are conspicuously silent. Why is that?

Could the answer be a simple one: Kapiolani officials are conspicuously silent because Obama was not born there as Obama claims, so there are no Obama records for anyone to look at, and there is no hospital room where Obama's mother stayed in 1961.

Kapiolani Hospital didn't exist in 1961, it wasn't constructed until the mid '70s; there was only Kapiolani Clinic for Women and Children at that time but that was an out patient facility.

If any paper document of his birth exists it's in the State's archives of Births and Deaths and Orly Taitz might as well go back to pulling teeth than to pull out that archive.

While I just don’t think the facts are there at all on this, I do think your points are very good and certainly raise a suspicion and will have some influence on the “fence sitters”.

You are exactly right.

I spoke to a blue collar Union guy on Sunday, who will not vote for Obama because of the economy. He is totally nonpolitical. But... he laughed and said we don't even know if Obama is a citizen. I then told him it is a fact that Obama was raised as a Muslim in Indonesia, as an Indonesian citizen, and he was shocked.

So people are on to Soebarkah. It's intuitive. The know he's a fraud.
