It all depends on what the EOs are being used for. If it's something clearly in the Executive's purview, that's one thing. If the next president can use EOs to undo fiat policies this administration has put into place, crippling this economy, I don't see the problem.

If it's using EOs to enact a policy specifically rejected by the Congress, that's altogether something else and that's where Obama's gone.

If you can't see any difference, I suggest you think on it.

I suggest you reread the question. I specifically asked if it was ok to use Executive Orders to BYPASS CONGRESS.
