The Secretary of State’s rep said they didn’t have jurisdiction to remove a candidate from the Presidential ballot, but they just removed a Sal Mohamed in 2008 from the ballot for not being a Natural Born Citizen.

On November 18th, 2011, during the committee meeting, members of the committee and their attorney simply shamelessly lied and committed the most egregious fraud by claiming that they only check, whether the candidate filled the declaration correctly and paid $1,000.

As a matter of fact, a presidential candidate Sal Mohammad was removed from the ballot as ineligible during 2008 election season specifically for not being a natural born citizen (Exhibit 2).
