BARACK OBAMA HAS NEVER BEEN ELIGIBLE FOR THE PRESIDENCY

Joining campaigns in Iowa, Georgia and South Carolina to challenge Barack Obamas being on the 2012 ballot, COL(R) Lawrence Sellin, columnist for The Post & Email and earlier for Canada Free Press, has commenced a campaign to contact members of the New Hampshire Legislature to deny Obamas name being added to the ballot because he is not a Natural Born Citizen as required by the Article II, Section I, Clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution (U.S. citizen, born to two U.S. citizen parents).
Sellin has enlisted a group of hundreds of American patriots and military veterans who are sending emails to the N.H. Legislature. This group, in turn, is contacting friends and family in their address books to also send emails to protest the recent Ballot Law Commission hearing which arrived at the decision to add Obamas name to the 2012 ballot based only on the fact that he completed the application and paid the $1000 filing fee.
Sellin says:
It does not matter where Barack Obama was born. His father was not a U.S. citizen at the time of his birth and, therefore, he is not a natural born citizen and has never been eligible for the Presidency.
There is a substantial body of evidence demonstrating that the digital Certificate of Live Birth presented by Obama at a press conference on April 27, 2011 is a forgery, in addition to a forged Selective Service registration Obama also uses a Social Security number not issued to him.

I wish him well but as Hilary said to Rush: “Be careful what you wish for.”
Why wasn’t this on the National news last night? / sarc
Hypothetically, what could happen if something comes of this? Does this null and void all legislation he’s signed into existence?

At this point, it can’t hurt....
There's where you stick the knife between the ribs, not what the guy in the article is doing. Force the legislature to enact a law that you must show a valid birth certificate; not a fuzzy PDF of a certificate of live birth, in order to be on the ballot. Make obama, and every candidate until the end of time, show us the document in the light of day, where he has no control over the process. Do that and I'll wager facts that are here to fore unverifiable become so, and he is left off the ballot in states who have enacted such laws.
What is the email and the address. I missed it.
I applaud the effort, except that they need to cite a legal basis for their request, otherwise it will fall on deaf ears.
A) New Hampshire has a statutory obligation to uphold the integrity of the election by screening candidates for Constitutional eligibility. Here’s the applicable law that requires the satisfaction of Constutional eligibility under penalty of perjury.
655:17-b Declaration of Intent; Presidential Candidates Who File Nomination Papers. I. Declarations of intent for each candidate for president who seeks nomination by nomination papers shall be in the form provided in paragraph II. Declarations of intent required by this section shall be filed with the secretary of state, signed by the candidate, and notarized by a notary public. II. I, _________, swear under penalties of perjury that I am qualified to be a candidate for president of the United States pursuant to article II, section 1, clause 4 of the United States Constitution, which states, No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
The statute below says the Ballot Commission must make sure ballot conform with the law upon a formal objection:
665:7 Filing Disputes. The ballot law commission shall hear and determine disputes arising over whether
nomination papers or declarations of candidacy filed with the secretary of state conform with the law.
This means the commission has a responsibility to verify constituional eligibility. Part B explains a key eligibility requirement.
B) This country’s highest judicial authority defined the requirement of “natural-born citizen” per Article II Section I, Clause 4, to be a characterization of citizenship that is without “doubt.” The only criteria for such citizenship is “all children born in the country to parents who were its citizens.” The court said these were the natural-born citizens as distinguished from aliens or foreigners; these persons must depend on satisfying naturalization requirements and/or subject-clause requirements in the 14th amendment to be citizens. (Minor v. Happersett, 1874).
The court explicitly rejected the 14th amendment as applying to natural-born citizens. In U.S. v. Wong Kim Ark (1898), the court said that when the 14th amendment was construed by Justice Morrison Waite, the court decided that the 14th amendment does NOT say who shall be natural-born citizens. Thus, anyone whose citizenship rests specifically on this amendment or statutory law is NOT a natural-born citizen.
As the child of a foreign-national father, Barack Hussein Obama II does not have two citizen parents, and must rely on other means for any claim of U.S. citizenship. As defined by the Supreme Court, he is NOT a natural-born citizen; he is not eligible for the office he currently holds and seeks to retain. He committed perjury according to New Hampshire law in the 2008 election and in 2011 in filing dishonestly on the nomination form for the New Hampshire ballot.
C) Obama’s alleged birth certificates both lack the required certifying elements as described in the Hawaii Department of Health’s “Rules of Practice and Procedures” in Chapter 11-1 on describing the official department seal.
http://hawaii.gov/health/about/rules/prac_proc.pdf
The lack of this seal indicates that Obama’s alleged records are fraudulent.
D) No vital records have ever been presented in front of a court of law or in front of the New Hampshire’s Ballot Law Commission for legal verification that Obama meets the constitutional requirement of being born to citizen parents on U.S. soil as affirmed by the United States Supreme Court, thus Mr. Obama is not Constitutionally eligible for the office of president.
E) The New Hampshire Ballot Law Commission willfully lied by factual omission through its counsel in a hearing held Nov. 18, failing to recognize its statutory responsibility to make sure ballots conform with the law (as mentioned above in part A). Counsel claimed only that a nomination form must be filed and that a fee must be paid, but failed to note the Constitutional eligibility requirement as noted in 655:17-b (also cited in part A).
The Ballot Law Commission also failed to carry out its statutory obligation on perjury in 665:15 and 655-17-b, regarding Obama’s false declaration on his nomination papers, which were cited during the hearing.
F) Immediate action should be taken to remove Obama’s name from this ballot and any future ballots, as well to begin proceedings in the state of New Hampshire on a charge of perjury against Mr. Obama.
Please take some time to write to members of the New Hampshire House of Representatives to remove Obama from the ballot because he is not a natural born citizen and is therefore ineligible for the Presidency. He has also forged his birth certificate and Selective Service registration and uses a Social Security Number not issued to him. We have ongoing efforts there now, which you can read about at The Post & Email. You may forward this message to any friends or family who also wish to write an email.
Just copy and paste these email addresses into your email to the New Hampshire representatives.

Basically in 1935 North Dekota elected Moodie for Governor. It was letter found out he did not meet the requirements. The legislators brought no charges of impeachment so it was challenged in court and the State Supreme court declared him ineligible and he "removed" not impeached. So there is precedent for removal instead of impeachment.
