Well, the statistics are in and NFL football star Tim Tebow has yet one more sterling accomplishment--but this one is not about football. It's about his book, "Through My Eyes," about his Christian life story. With staggeringly high sales, Tim Tebow has become the #1 best-selling religious author in America for 2011.

Tim explains how his dad told him early in life that becoming a star gives a person a platform for good or evil. He also taught Tim that success opens the door to all sorts of temptations. So Tim purposed in his heart to become a good role model. And to help overcome temptation, he reads the bible and surrounds himself with accountability partners.

But Tim Tebow came close to not only not being a household name, but not being born at all. That's because Tim's mother was told by her doctors that she should could die if she went full term with her pregnancy and recommended she get an abortion. She refused and Tim was born, albeit malnourished due to very little placenta connection.

I love Tebow and all he is doing but he will not go down in history as a great quarterback, only a miniscule do.

While I wish him success, I hope he goes down in NFL history as being an unrelenting christian leader of his team and his fans and that he sets a new bar of acceptable behavior for his fellow athletes........That will be his greatest accomplishment in his hopefully long NFL career.
