After I sent out an e mail alert on the Seal Team tragedy, one of my Teaper contacts was having breakfast with a highly regarded retired Major General, so he asked him about it.

Like most retired General grade Officers, this one remains in touch with the national defense operation in ways that few if any of us on the outside ever will be.

According to this Gen., the account of the set up and take down of “Seal Team #6” as revenge for the hit on Osamma Bin laden is “complete BS” and a “Conspiracy theory”. He was reportedly pretty vehement about that.

Without going into detail, he advised that it was just one of those “fog of war” things, and that a CH-47 was the only practical form of transportation they had available when the desperate call for back up came in, although they generally split up among a couple of smaller choppers when they have the time to plan an operation, which in this situation they didn’t.
Muchmett got lucky with his RPG - low sophistication but lethally effective at close range, as we found out in Somalia.

Have heard of at least two of ‘Bam’s former “intimate associates” who sang in the Choir of the “Church” he attended being found face down in Chicago Streets in a pool of blood with a point blank bullet hole in the back of their heads. Their singing days were decisively over.

That MO generally says “Chicago Way” about as clearly as Chicago Boots do. A third who talked (although few paid attention) was still alive last I knew.

There have been a few suspicious suicides and “murders”, but nothing I know of quite as weird as Vince Foster.
If Obama is leaving a swath of corpses behind him like the Clintons seem to have, then his henchmen are a lot better at hiding them.

Having said that, however, I have no doubt that the regime would not hesitate to resort to lethal options should anyone seriously threaten their grasp on power.

There is a reason why the Supreme court as well as all other Courts who have been approached to look into the “NBC” issue have suddenly dropped it like a red hot hand grenade and taken a bit hot cup of STFU even after some of them initially expressed interest.
Rumor has it that the CIC personally visited the Supreme Court after they had been presented the case, after which they wanted nothing more to do with it.

More recently a group of Representatives in NH became involved when the NH Superior Court blew Orly Taitz off.. again. There was a topic about it on FR.
Although they threw a couple of other non-NBCs off of the ballot, Obama is on it no matter what - no questions asked or answered. Very suspicious, as usual.

Are these Judges being threatened? Whatever is happening, it works - and even people in positions of high status and influence are apparently taking it very seriously, and keeping quiet about it.

I wonder if the ruling elite now have a weapons technology which makes death a very attractive alternative?

I’m thinking of a very localized and focusable HAARP or Blue Beam system here, for starters.
Can they torture specific people remotely now?
From how far away?
If they could, would they?

Tin foil helmets, alas, will probably offer little if any protection.

Stay tuned.

Are you aware of any FReepers who have not posted since the SEAL team crash?

There was no way to keep Foster out of the headlines. The Trinity Church choir director, Donald Young, was barely headline worthy because he wasn't on the general public's radar. Quarels wasn't on the radar either and there was only the Washington Post (?) article on him and then a later article with his mom saying it wasn't being investigated. Those deaths have never been "officially" solved and won't be.

SEAL Team 6 was too much of a coincidence and Biden running his mouth put it over the top. The military can claim fog of war all they want but it stinks too much.

What's unbelievable is so many judges who refuse to go into the NBC. It hard to believe that not one has the guts to see it through. Whatever game that's being played and whatever threats must be huge. One would think that one or two would wimp out against a threat but all of them? That's just not in any equation. I suspect (donning the tin foil) that the high up military are beging threatened just as the NBC judges are. And now we have an equally ineligible and unwanted Romney being shoved down our throats. Obama can be written off as an ooops but once we have two known non-NBCs, then all bets are off.

Could it just be the threat of MANY massive race riots started at the same time that someone or something makes a run on the banks and markets again? Or personal threats against individual judges and elected officials?

Or all of the above?

Perhaps the judges who take up the NBC topic are dropping it because the argument “If he’s not a NBC then he can’t be President. The country will never recover from it if he is removed from office” is a very difficult one to hear and then say “We don’t care, the law is the law”.

I have no idea if that’s what’s happening but I can imagine being in those shoes with the weight of the Country on my shoulders - literally. It’s easy to armchair QB and say “I wouldn’t care” but in reality, standing up to that is something very few people are capable of doing. I think that argument holds more power than do threats of violence.
